We were looking to replace my wife’s vehicle and went to a couple of different places looking for a vehicle. Schrier was the only dealership we went to that actually addressed her about a vehicle (it was for her after all). While they did not have a vehicle on the lot that met our needs, they spent several days looking for one and communicating with us about options. After a few days they found something that they could get from out of state that looked good on paper, but would take several days to get on-site. Our sales person (Stewart), did a great job of communicating with us and providing timely updates. The vehicle was delivered to them, but there was a discrepancy on what they had been told (and told us) and what was delivered. We were able to discuss and in the end made a deal that we believe was fair. Chuck (sales manager) and Stewart were both very personable and never felt pressured to buy something we did not want. In fact, they said they would rather not make a sale than have us be unhappy with a vehicle or the process. In summary, we believe we were treated well, communicated to well, had a fair negotiation, and were delivered an excellent vehicle. We will absolutely check with Schrier again when we are ready for our next vehicle.

i like my ford majorly for two things, ground clearance and ability to move on every road terrain . and this is in comparison with other cars.

l bought this vehicle used good price and has been a reliable vehicle. Biggest problem with the ford escape is the back wheel wells rust out prematurely. mainly because of the plastic liner that allows salt and mosture to get in and trapped. l would definitely buy another one. comfortable ride

I got the V6 XLT in blue for a great deal at an auction. It had 153,000 miles and it now has about 162,000. So far it’s been great, and although it isn’t a speed demon, I love how it looks and it drives adequately for my needs. Fuel economy isn’t the greatest and I get about 260 miles to the tank. I hooked up a Sony head unit and the sound system is great with the built in sub, overall a great compact SUV.

Great suv. Spacious, reliable. Sporty. Off road vehicle. Great for outdoors and city driving. It has good handling capabilities also. It's not too small and not too big, spacious when needed and comfort with style.

Our sales lady was very helpful and polite. Really enjoyed working with her. They only had one FOB and there were no manuals with the 2024 Toyota we purchased. Wish they would have went over some of the items with us. The finance department man was very nice as well even though it seemed to take longer than expected since we did not finance the vehicle. Also they make you purchase their service package for over $1,000, was not to happy with that. Overall the experience was pretty good, other than taking 4 hours.

What a pleasant surprise C & S Motorsports was. We drove to Omaha from Des Moines to look at an ‘08 Mazda Miata MX-5. I saw a truck on line and went to wildcat used cars to check it out. Unfortunately because of the auto workers strike I had to wait a couple months for repairs to be made. I want to give a huge shout and thank you to Johnson Family Chevrolet in Woodlawn, VA. We had a mechanical issue happen with our truck and was headed to get the part we thought would fix it, we saw the bay doors open to the service department and ventured over to see if we could get assistance. Instead of being told again after the first 10 we stopped to talk to "service is closed, come back Monday", we got the owner, Adam Johnson who said, let me help you out. He immediately got on the phone to one of his technician who was home with a sick baby, he spoke with us about the issue it could be and sent one of his fellow techs to help. Surprised to us, the young man on the phone showed up well as the one he had asked to come in. The young men worked on our truck trying to fix this issue so we could finish running our load of heat supplies to WNC. Needless to say they couldn't fix the issue the same day, but they helped us remedy getting the supplies to WNC. The owner, gave us the keys to a brand new Chevrolet pickup to take the load to WNC, no charge!!!! Glory to God this family business saved us and helped us above and beyond to get the job done. If anyone needs a Chevrolet or is thinking of buying one... Go as fast as you can to this dealership, I can only imagine the service you will receive and support you will receive from them, after they have done this for us. I had a very good experience purchasing a used Nissan Frontier from Steve and Sons Auto Sales. I had been searching for quite awhile for a decent small truck to replace my full size gas guzzler.
