I really liked everyone there that we met. When I drove the Jeep home Steve even was talking about maybe trading the truck in later. Mike was really a great salesman, I would give him 6 stars.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Vaani is amazing and has spoiled it for other dealerships! He had vehicle options for me and sent them to me to review prior to arrival. When I arrived the cars were available for me to look at and he accompanied me on the test drive pointing out major & minor features! I already had a Mercedes but was considering buying a non Mercedes (crazy huh) but the dealership I went to was not welcoming and more like I was an inconvenience. Very appreciative of the quick efficient process and I Love my new car💕

Purchased the car with 20,000 miles and the engine had to be replaced at 42,000 miles, Ford paid to have it done. Other than that the car has been very good.

Have had mine for 4 years and it has been one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. Mine is the SE trim which is not fancy, but has all the basics and more. The seats are comfortable on long drives. The controls are easy to use and properly placed foe ease of use. The 2.0 L engine is surprisingly peppy. The ride is smooth and comfortable for a small SUV.

I bought mine used with 17,000 miles for $17,000, and it's a 2017. I guess 17 was the lucky number lol. My Escape drives well, feels very comfortable, and is pretty good on gas (average 4 banger gas milage ) beats any 6 or 8 cylinder. I have the base model , so the engine isn't the fastest, but I'm not racing anyone ever. I never feel underpowered, or unsafe on highways. This little truck holds own in any senerio. I'm not sure why people are giving negative reviews maybe competitors trying to sell their brands🤔 . This is a good suv , and it looks great. I would buy it again, it keeps me warm and safe in Chicago winters. Cranks everytime I turn the key even in sub zero temps. I remember Chicago being the coldest place on the planet for 24 hours a couple of years ago. I worked that night I believe it was -50 or close with the wind chill. I worked that night as a nurse , my escape ran like a trooper. If a vehicle runs in Chicago winters .....it's a tank and passes my test hands down. My 2011 BMW x 3 ummmm.....failed as a winter vehicle. It costed twice as much BEFORE THE "CHIP SHORTAGE" PRICES . Need I say more ????

Overall great experience. The mechanic even worked into his lunch to get my repairs done quickly. My service coordinator was excellent and really kept me in the loop with everything.

TJ was so helpful, he kept me updated with my 4 runner coming into the dealership and even sent pictures of the truck. I have recommended him to friends if they’re looking for a car. These folks run a great business. I live about an hour and a half away. We were able to sort out nearly all the details of my trade in, and multiple questions i had via text, including negotiations. Even sending me multiple photos and videos of the Tundra I was interested in. I did a trade in plus boot in cash and was in and out in about an hour. No up selling, no shady nonsense, and straight to the point. Toby even gave my trade in a once over and noticed i had forgotten several things. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.
