I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

Bought in 2023 used with 30k miles, after driving it for six months it had become my favorite car, it’s smooth, I avg 27mpg in town driving, 33 highway. They don’t have tons of street lighting here and I hit a curb one evening and enjoyed discovering a spare tire I could switch myself until going to tire store next day.

I have about 7000 miles so far with no problem yet. I will take a long ride to Raleigh northcarolina in June so I am praying I have any problems. My first long trip. My back brakes squeak sometimes.

I thought from Day One I had a very stylish looking car for the price range. I was skeptical about a 3 cylinder but I have had no problems with it giving me the power I need. I am under the average for miles driven per year AND I LIKE MY ESCAPE!

I have both of my Fords serviced by Brandon Ford Quick Lane. Bought one of there new. I am pleased with the service I receive which is why I return there whenever service is needed. Besides, I believe there's nothing better than a dealer maintained vehicle. They know their cars better than the local garage. Is it convenient? Not always, but I trust Brandon Ford to do it right the first time, every time. My cars are 2011 and 2015. I haven't run into a refusal of service so I don't know what that's about. Maybe because its been routine maintenance. My Fords run great because of Brandon Ford. No one else will ever service them!

If you think of the EcoSport as a cute but clumsy kid, the new Escape is a mature and capable adult. I guess you could call it affordable by 2021 standards though it costs more than any 5 (or possibly 10) of my past cars. My '21 was built toward the end of the '21 run and has the digital dash. All of the features of the 360 package work as described, and the infotainment features are easy to navigate. Some car settings are only accessible through the screen. Though the milage isn't outstanding, I've gotten 37mpg highway with the 2.0L turbo. It has plenty of power to get up to freeway speed. Passengers have been very comfortable and the handling is good at posted speeds. Adaptive cruise is great! HOWEVER, if you've never used it, be careful to turn it off before leaving the freeway. It will slow you down to match the traffic, but as soon as there's no one in front of you, it's going to send you back to the preset speed in a hurry...Not a fun thing on a sharp off-ramp curve. If you're looking, the interior details of the '21 are a little more refined than the '20. This is only my 3rd new car in 53 years of driving and it still amazes me how what passes for standard equipment today would have been Sci-Fi in my '68 Cougar.

Cameron came to house yesterday for a mobile service, as always he was a very knowledgeable professional. He explained what was needed and most important WHY!!! Parks Ford Mobile Service is a great addition to their service dept. I would also note that Donna back in the dealership is great keeping you informed on your appointment and on the day of the appointment the ETA.

Mickey and Natalie went above and beyond to help me. They informed me on the progress of the repairs being done and how we had to wait for parts them two are outstanding.

Bought A 2015 Mini Cooper from John at Lee Auto Group and he went over and above to take care of me He noticed a small noise and replaced the accessory belt. there was also a problem with charging and had it repaired by the qualified and professional mechanics by staying late and in no time had it repaired. I live near Ocala and he even offered to drive me home if I needed it and called to make sure I arrived safe can't expressed the service I got from this amazing company I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I saw a vehicle on Carfax that I was interested in and made an appointment to check it out. Kent did a great job of showing me the vehicle and worked with me to a deal that fit my budget. I returned several days later to pick up the vehicle and Kent wasn't in, but Jose stepped up to help complete the deal and made sure I got the truck and went over all the details of the truck's operation.
