2025 Ford Escape review
This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

Service was excellent. Called the dealership inquiring about a 2010 honda civic. The sales representative, Shane Heimberger, put me on hold to verify the car was still available and physically held the keys so it wouldn't be sold while we were on the way to view it. Car was exactly as described, and parked on the side awaiting for me to test drive. Shane, showed us the inspection information and basically told us everything that was wrong with the car. Purchased the car, and they delivered it the next day to my home over an hour away. Very pleased with the service, would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Here is a condensed version of a long story: On Friday 1/12/2024, 300 miles from home on a 700 mile trip to NC, our 2011 Hyundai with 254,000 miles lost the alternator, battery, belt and tensioner on I-81. Quickly pulling off of the exit before she died we came to a stop in the parking lot of Parsons Interstate Ford in Shippensburg, PA. Even though it was only a couple of hours until closing, the service department got us in immediately to diagnose the problem and start the repair. In the interim, I walked over to sales to see what options we might have. 2025 Ford Escape review
This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.
