I work a lot of hours and a single mom so my time is limited, so he brought me the truck I wanted to see and drove mine to get appraised. Great experience overall. Went in NOT expecting to buy a car, even left my title at home so I wouldn't be tempted. Didn't work, got a great deal on a Nissan Frontier. Had to return later with the title to the 2024 Maverick that I traded in.

We are from Wisconsin and had towed our travel trailer down to Texas for our son's wedding. We were on our way home and stopped in Austin for a planned one night stay. That's when our Ford F150 had mechanical issues. We took it into Riata Ford and I am so happy we did. Service advisor Jon was terrific. I told Jon I was under a time deadline to return to Wisconsin for a scheduled shoulder surgery. When I explained my situation to Jon, he wasted no time in getting us back on the road in time to get back for my surgery. What otherwise may have taken a week, they did in two days! The repairs were professionally done and their customer service was outstanding. If Riata Ford was in my home town in Wisconsin, I would be a lifelong customer. Thanks Jon!

I love these guys. Both Jack and Hermilo on the service team are great and the work they do is top notch and quick. They did a full engine replacement for me as well as routine maintenance.
