They had a truck I was looking at. Salesmen and manager were both great to deal with. We couldn’t come to an agreement on the one I called on but they looked all over to find what I wanted. Owatonna Motor Company review
Traveling to AZ from northern MN, had a DEF service notice show on the dash while going thru St. Paul. Called OMC and the service rep said bring it in. They checked our Ram 3500 for codes, consulted the diesel tech, and gave reconditions to proceed. No work was done, no charge for time taken and electronics used for diagnosis. We continued on feeling well treated and soundly advised. They are good people.
