After I contacted them about the truck, they promptly swung into action by providing videos and other information about the truck and making it extremely easy for my wife and I negotiate a price up front and schedule a visit two days later to test drive and then buy the truck. They did a great job of handling online communications and transactions and it was all above-board and painless. Javi Jr., our sales consultant, was particularly pleasant and helpful. 'm very pleased with Ryan Ford and the customer service they showed after my puchase. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from them. I live in Lubbock so they transported the vehicle to me and only charged $300 to do so. I know it had to cost more than then in diesel alone. Once I got the Jeep and drove it about 50 miles, I noticed an oil leak which I discovered was from a leading rear main seal. Not a big deal and the part is pretty inexpensive but the labor to repair it can be costly. I took the Jeep to a reputable and dependable auto shop in Lubbock and they repaired the leak, but Curtis, my salesperson, made everything right on their end. The dealership reimbursed me for the replacing the rear main. They made it right, which is rare in this day and age. I appreciate Curtis and the ownership for their quick and fair response. I would recommend them to anyone.

Blake was incredible at giving me time and space to consider a big ticket item purchase. I would have liked for the finance discussion to have been more thorough and less rushed. I missed some important pricing information because the presentation was pressured, fast and furious.

My expectations were met for term, APR and price. Our sales team members were helpful and accommodating. They did their best to get us a good deal. Overall 4hrs for the whole purchase. The sales manager was very nice and helpful. The car is exactly what we wanted a decent price. We really appreciate that there was not a lot of back and forth (some but not a lot). Over all a very good experience with the sales team. However with the finance person, about the extra warranty and gap insurance, that experience was pushy and uncomfortable insisting several times (how many times do i need to say no?). We understand is part of the process, but could be improved.

Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. Jordan in the service department expedited the part and I had car ready a full day early! Simply amazing and the most helpful service time I have ever dealt with.
