This dealership does not pay on commission which made the whole experience less stressful and they have a great inventory along with a great staff. My husband and I went to this dealership because they had all the vehicles I was interested in test driving. When we arrived we were greeted by Vanessa. Let me tell you how lucky we were to have her. She is so caring, enthusiastic, took pride in her work and was never pushy. Once we narrowed it down to purchasing a 2021 Ford bronco she was very thorough in explaining everthing as we went through the paperwork and options. I feel like I gained a friend after working with Vanessa. Even after I bought the bronco she continued to text me to make sure everything was alright and even mailed us a thank you card, which I greatly appreciated. Then during our purchase, we were blessed with Tyler who jumped in to help. I had been hearing about Wickstrom for a while - when it came time to buy a new vehicle, I went to Wickstrom and was blown away. The typical car buying experience is quite frustrating but Wickstrom was a different story and made the process fun and easy. I worked with Don DiPaulo and he was great. Super easy, not your average pushy car salesman. He answered my questions, made suggestions, and followed through each step of the way. I was in and out in a timely manner and Don and his crew went above and beyond. I will definitely go back to Wickstrom and work with Don DiPaulo when we need a new car again.
