AAA towed my 2014 Lincoln from Northampton, MA to East Hartford. He said it was the starter. Hoffman could not replicate problem ...had car three days. Took home. Same no start the next day. Hoffman sent Mobile Hoffman who said it was the starter. Tow truck from Hoffman said it was starter. Finally replaced. It now starts. 80,000 miles rolled over today. I love my Lincoln

We were looking for an off lease vehicle and kept in contact with the sales team (Alan specifically). When the vehicle, we wound up purchasing, came into the Seraphin lot he remembered us. He informed us that the vehicle needed to go through a safety check and replace anything that needed replacing. A few days later we were signing the documents to take delivery of the vehicle. Jason in financing made this process simple and very informative, but simplified. We now own a certified preowned Ford with a very extensive warranty.
