Used Ford Escape Active for sale near Mount Clemens, MI

Picked up my new Ford Outer Banks Sports Bronco a little over a week ago and I just love it ! This was the first time in over 50 years of buying a car that I had to order a car and wait almost 3 months for it, but it was so worth the wait ! My salesman, Jim Flynn, made the process so easy, from ordering the car, to the day of delivery. Thrilled with the color I picked out (Area 51) and so glad I went with the black top -- it really makes a difference in the way the car looks. Could not be happier with my purchase.

For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

I have owned Ford Escapes for my past three cars. The 2023 is my favorite. Smooth ride The display is so much larger. The adjustable rear seats are an added bonus

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. 2012 Ford Focus SEL sedan 49134miles.. had a check engine light P1450 code turned out to be a warranty part purge valve repair. They took my car in on scheduled apptmt and had the car back to me with in 1.5hrs.. Everyone was awesome with me even though I was a lil scared that the whole evap systems was gonna need to be replaced.. Everyone was kind and generous and beautifully loving with me. It's a pleasure to drive this car. I can feel the sportiness of the car. I love that the car saves so much gas. All seating in car, front and back is comfortable.
