Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

It's a pleasure to drive this car. I can feel the sportiness of the car. I love that the car saves so much gas. All seating in car, front and back is comfortable.

Started our search in Sacramento, thought bigger city better selection, not the case. Decided to look locally and that is was brought my son and I to Northstate Auto Brokers. Our first time on the lot we met Andy and we had a moderate interest in a car they had on the lot, he gave us his card and was not pushy at all. We ended up looking around at other options (of course) and found our way back to purchase the Mazda we saw on the lot a week earlier. This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

I wasn?t really planning to buy a truck until later this year but I saw a truck that was priced ?too good to be true? so I inquired about it. To my surprise the price was real and the truck was in stock so I bought it. I can?t say enough good things about this dealer. I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

traded in my 2016 Mustang GT in for the 2025 Escape and so far I'm loving it, good gas mileage, reliable, such a smooth ride and fun to drive.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

I llive out of state . I bought a car based on the description. I had andy ship the car to me. A couple of the nobs were missing on the radio and the rear hatch lift struts were no good .I told andy about the problem and he ordered the parts and sent them to me no charge.Denise works in the office she is so nice and helpful good folks to buy a car from.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

Prompt, competent, efficient service. Service staff is knowledgeable. Quality of repairs is good, regularly meets the scheduled repair target date. The sales staff is well informed, and helpful without being overly 'pushy'.

It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

My husband and we have been looking for a new truck and for a while and we found this truck on carugrus and it said long bed but it was a short bed. But it all the options my husband wanted and in diesel, the price was awesome and we went to crown motors in redding,ca but we got way better service here then there. no pressure. our sales guy was Robert.

Very nice suv for us. Ford made it easier for all the controls to be operated they also put more push buttons back in. Very high tech suv but easy to use. Great mileage for an awd. This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.
