Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

I had a problem with my car battery. I went to start my car and the battery was dead. Road service came out and jumped it. My battery was only a year old. I wanted to get my battery checked out so this wouldn’t happen again. I spoke with Brandon at Szott Ford in Holly, he told me to come right in and he would put it to a test and see if the battery is bad. No hesitation, he understood my concern. He was so professional, understanding and caring. He totally went above and beyond. As a side note; I called another dealer closer to my home to help me out with my battery. I was told that I could come in and have it checked out. The earliest appointment was 2 to 3 weeks out. I was hurt and disappointed that they couldn’t/wouldn’t help me out. My fifth Escape and the best yet. I have the Platinum model and enjoy the many features that have been added. Wish they still are a hard owners manual.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

I had a excellent experience with this nice dealership at Audi Novi in MI State. I wanted to visit them in person but i own a restaurant and i just simple don't have the time to go there. My salesman was very nice and professional. He kept me on updates on the whole deal of what's going on with the paper work and the time and date of shipping the 2016 silver Mercedes Benz C450 AMG 4door sedan car. It's just what i been looking for. It had to be this make and model series car. This model came out with collision prevention assist plus, eye's heads up display, intelligent drive, front collision prevention and distronic plus steering assist. I am happy with the price of the car as well. I was very happy when it arrived in my front drive way. The driver was kind enough to drive it in my back yard. I drove it around in my local town and highway, the car runs and drives excellent, i wish y'all could see the look and smile on my face. I will be buying from them again soon. I will keep checking on there web site off and on looking. I have other auto's on my list i want to buy from them soon. I been collecting car's since i was 18 years old. I'm 57 now. I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

Walked in without appointment at 3 pm and drove out at 6 pm with a great car. I hate going to dealers but was impressed at the quality and help of everyone here. I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.
