Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

My husband and I stopped there to look at their Edge inventory. No intention of purchasing that day but getting an idea of what to look for and what we want. The sales person was very laid back and did not put any pressure on us to purchase. When we are ready to purchase I would definitely go back!

traded in my 2016 Mustang GT in for the 2025 Escape and so far I'm loving it, good gas mileage, reliable, such a smooth ride and fun to drive.

My wife and I visited a few Honda Dealerships prior to Metro Honda in Jersey City and we were not happy with the experiences. Whether it was salespeople who didn’t seem invested or didn’t maintain enthusiasm when they thought we were not going to purchase a car we were turned off. We moved to Jersey and Metro Honda was close so we decided to give them a try and the experience was wonderful. Wife and I went looking for a used Honda pilot and ultimately purchased a new 2023 pilot which I love. Our salesperson Shawn was patient, knowledgeable and did not rush us into any purchase. We literally were with Shawn for over 6 hrs as my wife and I went back and forth about the vehicle we wanted. The loan officer was patient as well and talked us through the various car options without pushing us into services we didn’t need. It was a great car buying experience. I strongly recommend Metro Honda and the strong team that works there.

I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

I called the service department as soon as my engine light went on. My Service Manager Frank Russo told me to bring it right in. Thankfully I did as one of the cylinders in my engine blew. I had my Jeep returned within 48hrs.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

This is my second time this year dealing with this Hyundai but this review wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for Briant Rosa. Both times he’s been amazing. He’s patient, helpful and TRULY goes out of his way to help. He took care of the entire process both times. And this second time I got my car without even stepping into the dealership!!! I don’t know about any of you but my time is precious and I HATE wasting my time at the dealership (btw why is this even necessary?!!!🤔) I’m usually VERY skeptical about EVERYTHING!! but having dealt with Briant in the past, I knew I could trust him to handle everything from start to finish and he delivered (literally!!)~he Delivered the car right to my driveway!! I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

I purchased a new 2020 Ford Escape Titanium 2.0 AWD in early 2021. Four years and 60,000 miles later, I have little to complain about. The Negatives: Like many newer vehicles, the reliabilty has kept me guessing. The car has had trips to the dealership at 2k miles for a check engine light and rough idle, and various coolant leaks at 30k, 45k, and now 60k. I may try to schedule next years coolant leak appointment at 75k, and hope nothing else goes wrong. I am nervous for reliabilty going forward outside of the warranty. Also, the car depreciated at a painful rate. The Positives: This thing moves! The 2.0 turbo has 250hp and plenty of torque, giving it a surprisingly sporty feel in a little SUV. With highway driving, I regularly get between 35-42mpg. I have also been impressed with its towing ability. It will regularly tow up to the maximum of 3,500 lbs, including a 12' enclosed trailer full of furniture. It handles towing like a champ, while getting 14-16mpg (better than some trucks empty). Other notable positives are the interior design and function, the Fordpass app, and the driving technology (HUD, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Early version of Blue Cruise). Overall, it's a great car for the value. Perfect for a small family or dog owner, looking for something economical and versatile. You may want to get on a first name basis with the local Ford service department and have a backup vehicle.

For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.
