Used 2024 Ford Expedition for sale near Cross Roads, TX

I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax. I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model. I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).

I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. What my purchase ultimately came down to was the level of service that I was provided. Being a long time sales manager myself, I take customer experience very seriously. One of the dealerships that I was working with lost my business completely by not respecting my time, and ultimately providing what I would call a terrible experience. From the moment I began working with Pete Restivo, I knew that I wanted to make my purchase with him, and do business with Five Star Ford. Each time I stopped by, I was treated well by everyone that I interacted with, my time was considered, I never felt pushed to make the purchase, only supported in getting all the facts to make the decision. I do not leave a lot of reviews, and take it seriously when I do and I would absolutely recommend Pete Restivo and Five Star Ford to anyone interested in checking out a new Ford.

I just purchase a certified pre-owned Lincoln Nautilus. The process was surprisingly smooth and simple. I found the perfect car on the website. I called and made the deal over the phone. I have a very tight schedule so my salesman came in on a Sunday to personally deliver my Nautilus. Ticket 230312 - R Albin - This review is for the Service Department - which seems to be outstanding! My review may not be typical of their service, because it was my only visit to North Central Ford - but - there service for this visit was superb - especially when contrasted with my experience a week earlier at 5 Star Ford in Carrollton - which was terrible! North Central Ford and the Advisor, Chris Garner, were genuinely responsive, customer focused and attentive to every detail. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and the multipoint inspection for my 2011 Ford Ranger with only 73,000 miles. When I arrived they were actually waiting for me and immediately took my Ranger in for service and returned it to me within in an hour - just as they promised! Unlike 5 Star Ford, which did not meet me at the appointed time, and left me waiting for 20 minutes for a service representative to meet with me. It was like that Seinfeld Episode where Jerry is trying to explain to the rental car manager - what a reservation / appointment is! She clearly didn't know - and - neither does 5 Star Ford! They never showed - and - I left never to return! On the other hand - North Central Ford met me at the appointed time, completed the oil change and inspection and returned my Ranger in record time - because - they actually have a quick oil change service lane and actually do care about pleasing their customers! Since they're that concerned about pleasing their Service customers - I suspect that extends to their Sales Customers as well. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle - North Central Ford will by my first call! Recommended!
