Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

Wayne was super helpful with showing me all different trucks I was looking at that could be in my budget. He let me sit in and test multiple different trims to see what had all the features that I wanted. The one truck I ended up buying was one that originally was out of my price range but between Wayne and his manager, I believe Dennis, helped me get the payment to where I wanted to be. I would recommend going here for any Ford vehicle! Super Helpful and friendly!

I special ordered a new truck. The truck after waiting 4 months came in missing an upgrade package that I paid for. They gave me the option to return the truck, and reorder it or refund the cost of the package that was missing. They stood behind the screwup, and gave me what I thought were choices that were reasonable. I believe they are honest and willing to do the right thing.

What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. Everyone at Bergen Car Company was approachable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I felt comfortable and satisfied throughout the process. The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.
