Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Recently purchased an auto at Edison Infiniti. It was a very good experience. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Most important factor in the sale, however, was my salesperson Blake; who was just exceptional. Very knowledgeable on all the autos they sell, very friendly and goes out of his way to help the buyer. Even after the sale he set up the car Wi-Fi before I left. Strongly recommend if using Edison try using Blake for your purchase as he is the best.

I recently had a great shopping experience at European Masters with a salesperson Luis. He was very courteous and professional, obviously having customer`s best interest in mind. I initially contacted them over the phone and spoke to melissa, an internet sales rep. She politely answered all my questions and made an appointment for the following Monday. Upon arrival a vehicle of my interest was all prepped and shining. All in all I did spend there quite some time including a test drive, applying for financing, which turned out to be of better terms than my own that I previously was approved for and signing a contract. At the end of the day I drove off in my new car and was very satisfied with the process. Being a 3yr old the car had a highway mileage in Pennsylvania and drove and felt like new. Before this place I shopped in two other dealerships in Long Island and they both felt very disorganised and unprofessional. This place has a great selection of premium higher-end European cars, mostly BMW, Benz, Porsche. The condition of each looked top notch. And best part was that they walk their talk by following their promise and reconditioning some worn off part that didn`t look the best. Thank you, guys, thank you, Luis.

I have to say, this is my 4th stop within 3 days before I pull the trigger on the 2020 BMW X5 at Import Masters. I was surprised how I was treated considering I was way underdressed for the occasion. Most sales people would think WHAT THE xxxx IS HE DOING HERE LOOKING AT BMW X5. Edwin was very nice and made sure I was taken care of properly. All the staff are very friendly, even the little guys who are cleaning and waxing cars. They gave me all the information I need it on how to take care of the car. I highly recommend the place and make sure you don’t forget to check out and cruise around the neighborhood. You won’t regret it. xxxx a lot better than some other places I have been to. I advise you to make an appointment before coming in so they can bring it to the showroom. They have so many cars that almost stack on top of each other.

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.
