As with many auto dealership experiences, my interactions with Shottenkirk Nissan had its ups and downs. However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

Ricardo was very communicative and derive department video very detailed information. Only took three days from drop off to have it ready for pick up.

Mathew answered my inquiry promptly and we soon came to a purchase agreement that day , although the pickup date was several days later , all went smoothly and the dearlership is top flight!

From start to finish the transaction was simple, only problem was I had to fly to pick up the car, overall the experience was positive.

I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.

I worked with Jorge Lopez who is the CarPro USA representative for Tomball Ford. Mr. Lopez made the buying experience of my 2024 F 150 very pleasant. I bought an F-150 in 2019, and I am a repeat customer. Jorge Lopez treated me in a very professional manner as we worked though items like the value of my trade-in, the number of incentives being offered and he answered any questions I had regarding the negotiation process. I ended up with a fair deal and Mr. Lopez walked through the entire process from financing to extended warranties. When I was handed off to the Claudia Mejia in finance I had no surprises. Solid experience buying my WRX here. Got a great deal with no xxxxxxxx, and Steven, Miguel, and Will all went out of their way to make things as smooth and painless as possible, even with Beryl knocking on their door.
