I recently purchased a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Custom from Sheehy Ford, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Jacoby (aka Big Merc) and Devon were absolutely outstanding. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. What really stood out was how far they went to make sure everything was perfect before I drove off the lot. They even made sure the truck had a full tank of gas, which is a small detail—but it says everything about the level of care and customer service they provide. Heritage Honda of Westminster review
After reading reviews and ratings for the top brands of SUV hybrids, shopping around for a few weeks, and then driving each one, I decided on the Honda CR-V. I didn’t have any bad experiences at the various dealerships. (Thank goodness dealerships are clearly making attempts to change their image and processes). Buying a new car has never been a favorite experience for me! But I have to say that my experience was stellar at Heritage Honda, with outstanding assistance from James Whittaker. He was [every positive adjective you can imagine] patient, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, informative, helpful, and conscientious with regard to my time and my budget. I never felt pressured, but instead felt that the team 1) worked together as a team, rather than competing against one another and 2) wanted to help me to find the right car for my needs. Service Department Staffing could be a lot better , very hectic , and busy & loud , we?ve always been happy having our cars serviced here , but there really needs to be someone available to go out to the car , so I can show them exactly what the issue is ( not to receive a phone call later that day to say they can?t duplicate the problem that I brought it in for , ) other than that , they do a fine job of performing the work correctly the first time, ( and again it depends on part availability) but other than that everything else is good

Enjoyed working with Keystone Ford. They were very supportive as we tried to remove a credit lock on our application. Wasn't real happy about the process for buying service agreements. They didn't make it clear that I was looking at the total monthly payment rather than the cost of the plan (and didn't show what the cost was without any plans)

So far so good. It’s actually a tank of a vehicle. Great for family rides. It accommodates all my our needs. Not to mention, not to bad on gas as well.
