Our salesman, Landon Crane, is new and even didn’t have his business cards yet but he’s gonna go far. He was extremely polite, willing to answer questions and had no problem getting up to ask about an answer he wasn’t certain of. I appreciated he wasn’t pushy, condescending, or fake. He may be young and just getting started but you won’t go wrong by requesting him for your salesman. The first local dealer we went too couldn’t help us but when we took it to Bill Hood, they took in our F150, spent time diagnosing the problem, and found the issue. I was traveling through the area and had issues with the car overheating (auxiliary fan was not coming on [faulty relay]). The issue was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. I could not be pleased with the empathy which was shown knowing we were stranded and needing to get back on the road. To whomever this concerns: There’s a salesman at the Bill Hood Bargain dealership whose actual name I’m not exactly sure of his actual name ..might be Dionte..but to me his name is Saginaw. I went to his dealership interested in a 2013 Lincoln but left a week later with a 2019 Ford Fusion!! I’ve never been given a reason to praise a car salesman I’ve dealt with EVER. However,Saginaw is thee exception. I truly had the best car buying experience that I never thought could exist!! He was extremely attentive and pleasant with phenomenal communication skills. He responded promptly to all my calls & texts and that’s a rare find when dealing with car buying. Also the financing magician Jerrod also deserves a round of applause!! I sure hope both Saginaw and Jarrod get the recognition from their bosses that they deserve. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to for one customer and spent an extreme amount of time just on me ..that was amazing. 2025 Ford Expedition review
Love the car but still has problems with the Collison message keeps coming on. Still trying to get the factory code to program some systems. Had it at 2 different dealers. The I bought it at does not return calls.
