I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

AutoNation was excellent it everything they did. They kept me informed and told me exactly what the cost would be. I was also very pleased with final bill. It was not high like I thought it would be. I very much enjoyed working with the service technician that talked with me. I do not hesitate to recommend AutoNation for any car repairs.

Leo made the buying process as easy as possible. I didn't feel any pressure, and he is clearly passionate about what he does. I will be buying from him for my whole family.

He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford.
