I have always trusted my 2011 Ford Edge with Ford Service since day one. I moved to Mesquite TX so I started to use Town East Ford. I had one service appointment with an issue but they went above and beyond to take care of it, even after a considerable amount of time had passed. This spoke to me about their honesty and integrity. As advertised. Truck was perfect financing was simple. David and Ali were amazing. In and out in under 2 hours including the test drive!

The whole experience was quite quick and everyone was friendly. The Salesperson answered all my questions and also showed me a few things I did not know about the truck. Financing agent was friendly, it did take a couple of tries for us to come to an agreement on the amount, interest, and length. Great options for warrantee coverage! I only have a very minor comment. The detailing was a little light which is not too big of a deal for me since I go through and reclean everything to my standards. I will definitely buy from here again if the opportunity arises in the future! Thank you

We went to Ennis Ford to get my wife a new car. She ended up buying a New Escape which she loves. Greg was our salesman and he went above and beyond the norm for us. We came in after 5 and even thought it was closing time they stayed u til the end so that we could drive home our new car. Thanks Ennis Ford for all they you do. Great communications from my service advisor while service was being performed. Plus they a nice waiting room for customers to use while waiting on service.

Wanted to purchase another car and they had one for a great price. They were able to get me a lower APR than I expected and my salesman John stayed till after we signed which was about an hour after closing since I got there a little before.

Thought I had exhaust leak, turbo assembly had to be replaced, turbo was gone off my 2023 Escape, completely gone. It was replaced under power train warranty. It took 3 days , 1 to diagnose, 1 to order parts, and 1 to install. Service was great. I was treated very well.
