New and used 2026 Ford Expedition for sale near Keller, TX

I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

Overall good process. One item I would have preferred was to be taken to an office or room when negotiating the numbers instead of on the showroom floor.

Working with Brian B (General Sales manager) was Excellent. Shared with him exactly what I was looking for, which they had...and he gave me an out-the-door price in just a few minutes. She also arranged a complimentary ride home and coordinated valet service to return my vehicle after the repair. Everything was seamless, and the repair was covered under warranty. My Uber dropped me at the Dealership from the Airport and in 3 mins my sales rep I had been exchanging emails with met me at the door! My New 2026 Maverick was out front waiting for my arrival ! I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. From the moment of contact with the service agent he was friendly and helpful with all questions regarding my scheduled service appointment on my vehicle.

The whole experience was quite quick and everyone was friendly. The Salesperson answered all my questions and also showed me a few things I did not know about the truck. Financing agent was friendly, it did take a couple of tries for us to come to an agreement on the amount, interest, and length. Great options for warrantee coverage! I only have a very minor comment. The detailing was a little light which is not too big of a deal for me since I go through and reclean everything to my standards. I will definitely buy from here again if the opportunity arises in the future! Thank you

Wanted to purchase another car and they had one for a great price. They were able to get me a lower APR than I expected and my salesman John stayed till after we signed which was about an hour after closing since I got there a little before.
