Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. Purchased a Ford fusion with low mileage, battery dead in 4 or 5 days after purchase.Returned and found out the module for the radio was draining the battery prematurely.John,our service manager, ordered the module and had it replaced within 2 days.The car is for my daughter,who also uses the car for my 5 year old grand daughter,and I wanted to be insured that the vehicle would be reliable.Thank you John,to you and your team for helping resolve this issue,we are greatful.Jerry Schwartz

The start to finish was easy and painless. Ford.... you should have added the dual exhaust option to the 5.0 liter 20 years ago.
