Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

Over the last few days we called the service department and left a message for Luis who promptly returned our call and scheduled service for our 2025 QX80 for the next day. When we arrived, Luis was there waiting for us and took our vehicle immediately into service. He had our QX80 serviced and cleaned in a lot less time than we anticipated. Currently own a black 2013 expedition XL 4WD. It's a solid, reliable SUV on a truck frame but with very smooth ride quality. Tons of cargo space, I fit a 7 foot couch in XL, which is the smaller version. Powerful V8 runs good and sounds like a diesel. Only downsides it's not great on gas mileage compared to newer cars and interior and exterior starts wearing out in typical Ford fashion

Mine is an XLT Version. 5.4 V8. Replaced the throttle body at 112 000 miles. Alternator at 150000 miles Complete paint job at 225000. It's a very reliable vehicle. I do regular maintenance at Ford dealership at 5000 miles. I've been pulling a bass boat for 15 years with no problems with transmission or electrical. It's been a great people hauler for routine 1000 mile vacations. JD

This has been our favorite vehicle. The list of features don't quit. So versatile. We have taken it off-roading, camping, long road-trips, day trips etc. Cleaning is easy with all-weather mats and leather interior. It's rare, but ours has the PANORAMIC-SUNROOF, which I love love love!!!!! The memory settings for the drivers are nice too. Just push a button and the mirrors and seat adjust to you. the convenient features just go on. I literally can't say enough good things about this vehicle!!! And this is all after 60k miles! Can't get a better family car!!

I first bought a 2019 F150 but as I stood outside the vehicle we could hear a knock. Adrian took it to service and they found a cracked head. I bought the truck first week of June needing it for a trip at the end of June. They did not have it fixed so Ford rented me a truck for the trip. When I got back truck was still not fixed. Jeff the service manager said that even tech support was stumped. Adrian had already started looking for a suitable replacement and showed me 3 other trucks. I picked the 2018 and it is great. I think better than I was getting. Ford rewrote the deal, this truck had the same warranty for being under 100000 miles so everything is great. I have had the truck for a week now and I really like it.

Beautiful luxury SUV. The exterior and interior is awesome. It has all the bells and whistles you would ever want. The ride is smooth, and the gas mileage is best among the other luxury SUV. The V6 engine has all the power you need

Powerful and luxurious, I wish the navigator interior/seats was in the platinum. The massage is great but not vibrations only rollers, no hill driving mode which is weird, besides those items this thing is a rolling work of art, nice looking smooth, quick, comfortable and spacious. A lot pile of electrical goodies and tech too assist with daily driving needs. Honestly this and the navigator are the only real choice on the market. All else are underpowered and unreliable overpriced junk.
