Had a smooth, efficient process of making a trade for a new Telluride with Andy Peck. He was well-prepared to start the process on a Mon. morning after my phone call with him Sat. night before dealership closed. Andy was/ is a kind, patient, knowledgeable guy who won't pressure you or try to upsell a vehicle. He went above and beyond making me comfortable with the new car, and even made a walk-thru video of the car's many tech features that I could watch at home whenever I needed to. (I'm in the Boomer generation that has some trouble with all the "bells and whistles" in these new vehicles). He did all the settings for me like driver's seat, phone connection, radio, and Kia Connect. Encouraged me to call or come by with any more concerns or questions. So far so good. It’s actually a tank of a vehicle. Great for family rides. It accommodates all my our needs. Not to mention, not to bad on gas as well.

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

Salesman Greg was the best Salesman I've ever had buying a car. Went in to buy a Bronco and not only bought that but an Escape for my wife also. When we went in to pick up the Escape Greg spent all the time we needed showing us the many features.

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

I bought my 2007 limited new and drove it until 2020. Only put 120k miles on it. Only had a few issues- starter and a needed tune up. I sold it to my son in law. Great truck, comfortable, power, and lots of room. Very reliable and great in snow. It has served them well and has only needed a few repairs. I bought a certified 2018 expedition limited and it is great also. Gas mileage is so much better with the turbo V6
