This SUV checked all the boxes: Nice ride, lots of room, looks good. It has multiple USB ports for charging and games. It’s also quiet ride with a lot of room which is great for long family trips.

Found The used truck that I wanted. Filled out there Online Credit App. The following day I was contacted and they ask if I was Ready to move forward later that day I was approved. My score was so so but they still got me a good rate. The truck was professionally detailed.even the engine Compartment.I had a small issue which was quickly Resolved.I never stepped foot on there Lot. I purchased a truck from the comfort of my home. 2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

My mustang was having a running problem. I called in and Got Seth who was very helpful with all my questions, the process of how and what would be completed along with time frame. Seth even offered to help with extended warranty company as well. So start to finish Seth was ontop of everything

Been a great vehicle very few issues other than catalytic converter which was replaced under warranty at 79K miles. I drive a lot for work no issues

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

I regret selling mine. I keep multiple trucks at once and this is the most reliable one I ever had. In the last 5 years I've owned a Ram,Denali, Yukon SLT and a Suburban. My favorite truck was the Expedition.

The dealer has excellent communication skills and was quick to reply to my inquiry of availability. We were greeted right away by another sales person and directed to our salesman without any typical dealer shenanigans. Prior to our arrival we had requested to have the vehicle on a lift for me to inspect as I have 30 years of dealership service department experience myself. They obliged without hesitation allowing me to spend 20 minutes under the vehicle to do a thorough inspection. We sat with our salesman directly afterwards and as expected haggled a bit over pricing. After 15 minutes we came to an agreement and signed a deal. These people are extraordinarily professional. Absolutely zero games as I’ve seen personally over 3 decades. Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

Dealership is smaller and the feel and service are much better than the mega dealers who have higher prices and an overwhelming atmosphere. They are knowledgable and helpful and I would recommend.

Things did not start out the way we were expecting but he worked extraordinarily hard for us while treating us with the utmost respect the whole time. I purchased this vehicle in December 2014 with 66K miles on it and the 5.4L V-8.. I immediately serviced my Expedition with AMSOIL products. With the exception of normal maintenance items (Brakes, spark plugs etc.), this vehicle has been entirely trouble free. have had ZERO maintenance issues, check engine lights, etc. on this truck at all, and 5+ years later it now has 221K miles. Mostly road miles between my home and in Flagler County and my shop in Ocala, and my daughters home in Pensacola. Average gas mileage was between 18-20mpg without a tow load, 15-16mpg with a tow load. Not bad for a large SUV. I just recently purchased a 2014 Navigator with 70K miles and also the 5.4L. Other than being a stickler for routine maintenance, this vehicle has not been babied in any way. The dependability of this engine and drive train has been second to none in my experience, which is why I purchased this SUV as it is the last year of the 5.4L. I have classic cars and towed them with my Expedition. Great towing vehicle as well. Of course, it is all about how folks take care of their vehicles, but I have nothing but praise for the 2014 Expedition. So if you are looking for a large SUV I don't feel you can go wrong with a Ford Expedition.

This truck is comfortable, powerful & roomy. The third row can actually sit three adults with reasonable comfort. The Eco-boost V6 has plenty of power. Sufficient room behind 3rd row for cargo. Tahoe 3rd row is great if you like sitting with your knees by your ears. First Ford I’ve bought in 38 years since my 73 Mustang. If you get one make sure you get the Sync 3 radio.

Bought A 2015 Mini Cooper from John at Lee Auto Group and he went over and above to take care of me He noticed a small noise and replaced the accessory belt. there was also a problem with charging and had it repaired by the qualified and professional mechanics by staying late and in no time had it repaired. I live near Ocala and he even offered to drive me home if I needed it and called to make sure I arrived safe can't expressed the service I got from this amazing company I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
