Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. Jordan in the service department expedited the part and I had car ready a full day early! Simply amazing and the most helpful service time I have ever dealt with.

This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

Trevor made the process super easy and fast. Glad we were able to get the truck with the liner and tinted windows. The service.is remarkable. I spent an hour and a half between the paperwork and getting to know the truck.

This SUV checked all the boxes: Nice ride, lots of room, looks good. It has multiple USB ports for charging and games. It’s also quiet ride with a lot of room which is great for long family trips.

Ryan W. helped us from the very beginning when I sent an e-mail inquiring about the availability of a used 2018 Ford F-150, that was listed on the Ryan Ford Dealership webpage, all the way through the purchase. Ryan W. was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, super easy to talk with or ask questions, no pressure. It was just like talking with a friend! Their clean, reasonably priced vehicles almost sell themselves! Westley walked us through the documents and paperwork, service options for the vehicle, again hassle free and quickly! I think that from the time of our arrival to leaving the dealership was under three hours, including my three test drives that account for at least a half hour of that time and also includes them prepping and cleaning the truck for me to drive home. It looked like a showroom model including the engine compartment! I would say to consider Ryan Ford (17 years in business, family owned, I believe?) if you're shopping for a new or used vehicle, watch the Ryan Ford webpage for their inventory. Then go visit them in Sealy, Texas and drive home in your new or used vehicle like we did! It was worth taking the ride outside of Houston for us! Beautiful luxury SUV. The exterior and interior is awesome. It has all the bells and whistles you would ever want. The ride is smooth, and the gas mileage is best among the other luxury SUV. The V6 engine has all the power you need

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

I purchased a 2005 Corvette over the phone. The car is in excellent shape low mileage and the experience of buying this vehicle was hassle free. Also had the car shipped to Las Vegas Nevada no problems. Would purchase another car from unique Auto again.

Powerful and luxurious, I wish the navigator interior/seats was in the platinum. The massage is great but not vibrations only rollers, no hill driving mode which is weird, besides those items this thing is a rolling work of art, nice looking smooth, quick, comfortable and spacious. A lot pile of electrical goodies and tech too assist with daily driving needs. Honestly this and the navigator are the only real choice on the market. All else are underpowered and unreliable overpriced junk.

Overall top 10 hospitality customer service. I recommend this for anyone that?s looking for a vehicle. They have patience, understanding and very knowledgeable about vehicles.

Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

This has been our favorite vehicle. The list of features don't quit. So versatile. We have taken it off-roading, camping, long road-trips, day trips etc. Cleaning is easy with all-weather mats and leather interior. It's rare, but ours has the PANORAMIC-SUNROOF, which I love love love!!!!! The memory settings for the drivers are nice too. Just push a button and the mirrors and seat adjust to you. the convenient features just go on. I literally can't say enough good things about this vehicle!!! And this is all after 60k miles! Can't get a better family car!!

I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.

There is not one thing I can think of that this car needs, but doesn't have. From the power, heated seats and steering wheels, to 36 degree camera system, it is really something to behold.
