The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. Really really really appreciate the honesty and how they took care of me and my kids.

Original owner, with 327,2480 miles. Would buy a new one, but the old interior is nicer and the windows aren't shrunk down so small. I'll drive this car until I cannot drive any longer. The Triton V8 is the best engine ever, drives great in snow, just a reliable, comfortable, great SUV. We've been everywhere in this car. The outside design looks better than the newer ones, too.

I like, like, like my expedition. It is and has been my all time favorite auto. It is my kid mobile, my truck with a cover, my vacation go to auto for size, comfort, drive ability. She just rolled over 200 K miles. I have her serviced on schedule and bath her every two weeks whether she needs it or not. This is my favorite auto. I would buy another.

I have had this vehicle since 2000. It has over 200000 miles on it. It is the best vehicle I have had and I have had 21 vehicles throughout my life. Nothing other than normal wear parts needed replacing.

This has been one of those cars that you purchase and don't know if it will suit your needs. We bought this used in 2000 with 65,000 miles on it and 20 years later and coming up on 232,000 miles and still running strong and passing smog and looks timeless. With all the maintenance and repair expenses we spend about a $1,000 a year.

This car was exactly what I was looking for. It has all the features one could ask for and the condition is excellent. All services including tax and registration were done by the dealer.

My parents bought this a few months after I was born. Since then, it's been on numerous trips to Florida, the northeast, and Ohio. It hauls trailers and people with ease. It's only had a few issues over it's lifespan due to it's age. It's super easy to work on too. I currently use it to commute to school and work. The gas mileage may not be the best (it's a V8 from the 90's), but it's tolerable. The Triton V8 runs and sounds great. It feels a lot younger than it is. Overall, the 1997 - 2003 Expeditions are great cars for those who want a powerful workhorse of a car.

purchased in 2004; mine is 2001 Eddie Bauer; 5.4 engine; seats 8 people, rear remove & second row fold flat so great for camping, fishing & hauling stuff; roof rack holds my 12' paddle board & wind surfer just fine. Had to replace rear air suspension with conventional, new transmission paid for by warranty at 75,000 miles, 2 spark plugs have blown & recently at 165,000 needed one exhaust manifold replaced, front end steering done too. But its cheap to run & is great in the hills of California.

the car met all of my needs, it has plenty of leg room in the front and back, and is a 6 seater, the trunk is big, it has passed every inspection every 3,000 miles, it has a gear stick behind the wheel, plenty of cup holders and ashtrays.
