2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

I leased a 2024 nautilus from Dana Ford . My sales man was Ahmed Khodir. He was very courteous and professional and he really worked with my wife and I and I am very pleased with him. Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

I ordered a Ford F150 Lariat on April 11th 2022. At the time I inquired about the price protection. I spoke with salesman Blaine. I was assured that I would receive the price protection. I was given a sign contract, as well as the order sheet with the MSRP. My truck was deliver/Purchased on 9/20/2022. I paid the new MSRP of 3K more that when ordered. I was concerned about the new price and requested a signed note that I would receive the Check from Ford. I received a signed letter to this effect by the Sales Manager. I have stopped by on several occasions to check in with Blain, who told me as soon as he receives the check he’ll contact me.I have also called and left messages with management.I have yet to hear anything. It's been 89 Business days since my purchased. I’m very happy with my purchase and my overall experience. So far service has been great. I’m kinda of getting nervous that run around with a 3k price protection check.

This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

I recently made an appointment for a sixth month service for my Rogue Sport. The needed service was explained to me by Angie Cadena who also updated me on the work through a video. Angie is wonderful! She is very professional, efficient, and courteous. I value her advice and appreciate her attention to detail. Recently purchased an auto at Edison Infiniti. It was a very good experience. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Most important factor in the sale, however, was my salesperson Blake; who was just exceptional. Very knowledgeable on all the autos they sell, very friendly and goes out of his way to help the buyer. Even after the sale he set up the car Wi-Fi before I left. Strongly recommend if using Edison try using Blake for your purchase as he is the best.

I just purchased a 2003 Mercedes SL 500 from Jordan. He was very honest and straightfoward and there was no haggling on price. I asked about having the vehicle inspected and they transported it a mercedes specialist shop. There were repairs that shop said needed and they paid to have the repairs done. No argument . I was very impressed with Jordan's professionalism and I would definitely do business with them in the future. Keep up the good work boys.

This has been our favorite vehicle. The list of features don't quit. So versatile. We have taken it off-roading, camping, long road-trips, day trips etc. Cleaning is easy with all-weather mats and leather interior. It's rare, but ours has the PANORAMIC-SUNROOF, which I love love love!!!!! The memory settings for the drivers are nice too. Just push a button and the mirrors and seat adjust to you. the convenient features just go on. I literally can't say enough good things about this vehicle!!! And this is all after 60k miles! Can't get a better family car!!

I am very happy with my "new" 2016 Ford Expedition, King Ranch Edition! I have had 2 Expedition Eddie Bauer Editions, so I am very familiar with them. Still, the features and quality trim and interior were beyond my expectations. My wife and I drove it home over one thousand miles over a couple days, and it drove like a dream and performed very well! The look of the Expedition turns heads, and I'll probably drive it for a long time.
