Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

I had car trouble and without an appointment, I was able to limp the vehicle into the garage. once inside, Ryan was able to get my vehicle inspected first thing the next morning. I worked with a wonderful service advisor: Joe Hanson at Morries Minnetonka Ford. His personal service went above and beyond, as he repaired a raw metal ding, so as to protect it from corrosion during this winter months here in MN. He also helped troubleshoot some frozen parking brake issues. He kept me in the loop at all times, and completed the work in the time he estimated at the projected price estimate. He stayed past his shift time in order to complete the jobs at hand.

Been a great vehicle very few issues other than catalytic converter which was replaced under warranty at 79K miles. I drive a lot for work no issues

My experience with Land Rover Jaguar Richfield was excellent. Janna was incredibly responsive and proactive from my very first virtual interaction. When I first inquired on a previously owned Range Rover via Cars.com, it turned out to not be quite the package I wanted. (My mistake; I hadn’t noticed the rose gold accents. No thank you.) Still, Janna heard exactly what I was looking for and offered to keep an eye out. A week later -- voila! -- she informs me of a "unicorn" that had just come in. It was perfect: very low miles, white exterior and beige interior AND a great price. I said, “Let’s do the deal!” She pulled out all the stops to get it detailed and all ready to pick up by the next day. This has been our favorite vehicle. The list of features don't quit. So versatile. We have taken it off-roading, camping, long road-trips, day trips etc. Cleaning is easy with all-weather mats and leather interior. It's rare, but ours has the PANORAMIC-SUNROOF, which I love love love!!!!! The memory settings for the drivers are nice too. Just push a button and the mirrors and seat adjust to you. the convenient features just go on. I literally can't say enough good things about this vehicle!!! And this is all after 60k miles! Can't get a better family car!!

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

We first sent a message through cars.com and within 15 minutes got a response via text message, then phone call from Aaron Olson. Listened to the voicemail and we was very pleasant in his message and if we were interested to call and let him know. He reached out the next morning, we set up a time and test drive and talked. Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

I didn't quite know what to buy when I went to Wolf Motors. I had made an appointment to look at an Expedition that I was told was coming in. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) that vehicle was sold before I could get there but I still kept my appointment hoping I could find a vehicle that would fit my needs. When I got there, I was met by David, who patiently listened to what I was looking for and then showed me a vehicle (which I didn't like). There was a Ford F-150 XLT sitting in the showroom, and my husband kept looking at it and he convinced me that it would fit what I was looking for. I wasn't interested in buying a 2021, so David set to work finding me a 2020 with low miles. He struck out twice with vehicles that was either already sold or were out being used by a manager. He then searched other dealers and was able to find one that had the specs I wanted. That truck now resides in our garage.

I have had eight Cadillac Escalades, and this is the best SUV I’ve ever had. Ford just has it together! I’m on to my 1st Navigator

Update to previous review, I took the car into the dealership today. Gave them a letter of everything that happened to the manager. He went and talked to the appropriate people. Than had a detailed clean it and do what he could also said if that did work they had another solution to try. The car now smells new again after a month and my wife can finally ride in it again. I want to apologize and thank the Manager for understanding and helping us fix the horrible smell. I at this point would definitely buy from Hastings Ford again.
