Service Advisor Is An Awesome Man!!!!!!

My Driver's side electric window wouldn't go back up after putting it down to pay for parking/entry fees at our County Fair last Friday. Took whatever valuables with us into Fair, and had called the Dodge Dealership, and person who answered in the Service Department told me that it may be anywhere from $125-$425 plus Diagnosis fee of $150, labor and tax to repair: Motor or Switch possibly. Ugh. But it is an Adapted Van for my severely disabled son, and had appointments to go on the following week. On Monday I went to the Dealership, and fellow who came to my window said that he couldn't get me in until Thursday. :( I asked if they could at least get the window back up for me. He went in and I followed, and he asked the Service Advisor, Mark Roullier if they could somehow get the window up for me. Mark personally came out with me and looked at my van. He said they wouldn't have to charge me the Diagnosis fee because he knew that it was the Motor on the window by pushing the buttons, etc... So, $150 cut from there. I also had a $100 off coupon. What normally could have been an $800 repair, Mark managed to get down to only $266.11 for me!!! 3 days before the Fair, we had just returned from a vacation in Duluth, MN after days there, and being the divorced Mom of 2 sons (like I said, 1 is severely disabled), you wonder why things always happen at a time like this. But Mark saved the day for me (and my wallet), and I gave him a big hug for being such a wonderful guy!!! :)
