Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but Schomp Hyundai in Arvada has earned this one. Over the last few years, this dealership has leased me three vehicles: a 2023 Kona, a 2025 Ioniq 5, and now a brand-new 2026 Ioniq 5. That alone should say something, but the why matters more. When my Kona lease was nearing the end, I fully expected to turn it in and start shopping around. Before I even had the chance, Attila Szabo reached out, not with pressure, not with gimmicks, but with an actual, genuinely great offer on an Ioniq 5. I wasn’t even sure another Ioniq 5 was financially realistic after federal and state rebates… turns out it absolutely was. The deal made so much sense that now we somehow have two Ioniq 5s in the driveway. What really blew me away was the efficiency. Schomp had something like 250 Ioniq 5s in stock, so once I picked the exact one I wanted, the financing process took about 20 minutes. No exaggeration. No drawn-out back room waiting. No “let me talk to my manager” theater. Just clean, fast, respectful execution. Huge credit to Attila and Manuel Ayodele for making it feel effortless. This dealership also backs it up after the sale. The service department has been consistently excellent. I’ve never waited more than an hour for routine maintenance, which feels almost unheard of these days. They respect your time just as much as your business. Schomp Hyundai doesn’t rely on high-pressure tactics or flashy promises. They win by being organized, transparent, well-stocked, and staffed by people who actually follow through. I think it’s equally as important to let people know when you have excellent service I bought a Mercedes C 300 from Bob today and it was absolutely a seamless transaction.... The first time within a visit in a dealer that has the hassle free attitude and fortitude this was the first time that it was actually exercise correctly ! 2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

This car checks all of the boxes for a full size SUV. Its towing capacity is tops for all SUV’s! It seats seven adults comfortably and fuel economy is the best for full size SUV’s. GREAT VEHICLE!

This SUV checked all the boxes: Nice ride, lots of room, looks good. It has multiple USB ports for charging and games. It’s also quiet ride with a lot of room which is great for long family trips.

This truck is comfortable, powerful & roomy. The third row can actually sit three adults with reasonable comfort. The Eco-boost V6 has plenty of power. Sufficient room behind 3rd row for cargo. Tahoe 3rd row is great if you like sitting with your knees by your ears. First Ford I’ve bought in 38 years since my 73 Mustang. If you get one make sure you get the Sync 3 radio.

So much room, great gas mileage due to turbo engine, tows likes a dream with upgraded towing and gearing package, super comfortable and no mechanical issues.

Leon was great to work with, no pressure and left me with the keys to look and start the vehicle. The lot for cars was well spaced out. Was really interested on what I was looking for. A great place to look for your car.

Powerful and luxurious, I wish the navigator interior/seats was in the platinum. The massage is great but not vibrations only rollers, no hill driving mode which is weird, besides those items this thing is a rolling work of art, nice looking smooth, quick, comfortable and spacious. A lot pile of electrical goodies and tech too assist with daily driving needs. Honestly this and the navigator are the only real choice on the market. All else are underpowered and unreliable overpriced junk.

Been a great vehicle very few issues other than catalytic converter which was replaced under warranty at 79K miles. I drive a lot for work no issues

Never got good answer on phone charger not working. All miscommunication he told me were resolved. He never talked to manager. He made decisions on the negotiations.

I haven't bought a vehicle from Auto Nation yet but talking with them I didn't feel like they were pushing me into a high pressure sale. I have looked at other dealerships websites and didn't talk to anyone but I'm getting all these emails and phone calls. It's makes me feel like they are desperate for a sale. When I'm ready to buy, I will be checking out Auto Nation first.

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.
