Service consultant was very professional and the areas were very clean and neat. The loaner insurance paperwork was filled out online the day prior but it was not available to the person that wrote the loaner paperwork.

I do not look forward to buying cars. There are so many terrible tactics and sales people out there its just a horrible overall experience. Rebbecca and Sneed Ford were not that. She showed us the cars we asked for, recommended just one we missed that was almost the same car(which we ended up buying) and we did the negotiating with her, not a finance guy on a raised platform and aggressive manners. She answered all our questions, was very patient and very personable. We talked with the owner a bit when Rebbecca was busy who turned out to be just as fantastic. Overall easily the best car buying experience we've been through and they'll definitely be my first search next time we're looking for a car.

I have a 2021 Ford F150 Hybrid bought here in Las Vegas the Transmission when stopped at stop light or stop sign the truck would jerk as if someone had rear ended me. I called where I bought it Ford Country couldn't get it in for 3 months, called Friendly Ford couldn't even get a appt they had no idea, Gaudin was 30 days and Team Ford no one would answer there service phone. I called Mesquite Ford on a Tuesday they had my truck in for an appt that Friday, my truck stayed I was issued a loaner.
