Doggett Ford South Loop review
I did have a great service rep when I went to have an oil changed. Thaddeus was extremely professional and greeted me as soon as I entered the door. He then provided information to help me successfully navigate my way through the wait. I received updates on maintenance that was needed without feeling pressured to have jobs completed that could wait, which I appreciated. However, he did advise me on immediate next steps and provided me with his contact information so that I can call as soon as I am prepared to get the job done. I was impressed with his service in comparison to many who have I have met in a service setting who didn't take the time to carefully explain things to a woman. I was also impressed with a young lady who walked around in the service waiting area and offered water and light snacks on a Wednesday. I usually see special services only on weekends. Thanks for the added touch.

Covert Hutto review
After looking for weeks at Toyota RAV4's (used), I thought I found the one I wanted at Covert. Less than a mile into the test drive I knew it was NOT! I'm a car dealer skeptic and relentless researcher--the kind of person who turns over every stone on a big purchase. This dealership was a breath of fresh air for someone like me, seeking a fair, friendly, and honest place to buy a new car. Integrity goes a long way when it comes to someone helping me with a purchase I'll be committed to for six years of financing--and they've got it in spades. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Jorgensen, Javier Vega, and Mikel Najar, who, at every step of the process, not only made sure I never felt pressured but also left me feeling fully prepared and well-advised. The deal I received was so competitive that I flew all the way from California to get it. They even picked me up from the airport--something not even some of my closest friends would volunteer for. If you put them in a position to compete with another dealership's offer, more often than not, they'll match it (or probably beat it). When I arrived, the hospitality was second to none. Everything we agreed upon was upheld, and topics like extended warranties were communicated in a way that felt more like sincere guidance than a sales pitch, tailored to my specific needs.
