Grapevine Ford Lincoln review
Jodie is a great service advisor, and their mechanics are definitely improving... they just take FOREVER! They held my vehicle a week before it was looked at. So...it generally takes weeks to get your vehicle back from here. When you make an appointment, it's not an appointment for them to look at your vehicle that day, it's just an appointment for them to hold your vehicle for days before they do anything with it... leaving you without a vehicle. That needs to change. Otherwise, this is THE ONLY DEALERSHIP in the entire DFW metroplex that can actually fix a vehicle. I'm assuming that's why they are so busy. Overall, I got the vehicle back and repaired properly this time, so we are making tremendous progress.

I first contacted Classic Chevrolet about a Corvette in December 2025. Steve Anthony, one of the Sales Managers, spent a lot of time texting, emailing, and talking with me about the car of interest. He is kind, thorough, and easy to deal with. Weeks later, on February 26, 2026, after a long drive from Mississippi, I met Sean Campbell, the salesman who worked with me on the purchase. Sean is a young, compassionate guy who listens and responds with a caring attitude. Without reservation, I highly recommend Classic Chevrolet and these staff members (everyone at the Euless location) who are attentive, polite, and engaging. So...it generally takes weeks to get your vehicle back from here. When you make an appointment, it's not an appointment for them to look at your vehicle that day, it's just an appointment for them to hold your vehicle for days before they do anything with it... leaving you without a vehicle. That needs to change. Otherwise, this is THE ONLY DEALERSHIP in the entire DFW metroplex that can actually fix a vehicle. I'm assuming that's why they are so busy. Overall, I got the vehicle back and repaired properly this time, so we are making tremendous progress.
