This dealer is the bomb, I drove six hours to get to the dealership and the car that I drove to see was exactly how they described. Closed the deal within 1 hr. 2024 Ford Expedition Max review
Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

My husband and myself purchased a super nice truck today. Our salesman was Matt Lyons, we was very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. He provided all the information we needed to make a great purchase. He allowed us to look all we wanted to, but if we had questions he was easy to find. He didn't force himself on us. 2023 Ford Expedition Max review
Traded an F-350 Tremor. While the truck could not be beat we needed a softer ride as our needs changed. The ride is outstanding and the handling is superb. The interior space is such a welcome asset. Thanks to Ford for a great product.

I believe one of the best dealerships in the upper Cumberland area. I know they have one of the best salesman Charles Deck. Also Andrew is a great manager and the finance guy I forgot his name but they went above and beyond to help me out with my new Ford Escape. It took a couple days but I had a budget and they worked until they got me where I needed to be on payment. Yes 100% recommend East Tennessee Ford. Go see Charles Deck and tell them Robert Barlow recommended him. I promise you want regret it.
