I took delivery of my 2026 Suburban Z71 (6.2L, custom Borla exhaust, red tintcoat) from John Elway Chevrolet on 23 October 2025, and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the best vehicle purchase experiences I?ve ever had. My journey with this dealership started way back in July 2025, when I first tried to buy a similar vehicle. That original deal didn?t work out, but Trevor (Internet Sales Manager) never dropped the ball. He stayed in touch, helped me custom-build the exact Suburban I wanted, and kept every promise, from the guaranteed price to a very fair-trade value on a challenging trade. Throughout the entire process, Trevor?s communication, communication, communication made all the difference. He kept me updated at every step as the vehicle moved through production and delivery. On delivery day, I met Amanda, who made what could have been an overwhelming tech setup feel effortless. She walked me through every performance and technology feature, connected my OnStar account, synced Apple CarPlay, and ensured I understood all the apps and settings before driving off the lot. Her professionalism and enthusiasm turned the delivery into a great experience. Daniel (F&I Manager) was equally professional, direct and knowledgeable when discussing warranty options, but respectful when I declined. The entire process was efficient, transparent, and team-oriented, which I deeply appreciate as a former military officer who values teamwork and integrity. When I left the dealership, my new Suburban was spotless, fully set up, and ready for a long drive south to Texas. I?ve bought many vehicles in my life, and I usually ask dealers not to put their decal on the back. This time, though, I left the Elway football logo right where it belongs. It?s a reminder of a team that truly earned my trust and my business. I not only recommend this team, would actively seek them out again in the future. This car exceeds our expectations. It's gorgeous in the inside and somewhat plain on the outside. It's large and extremely roomy, and extremely comfortable with a lot of extra's on it. Love the seats, heated and cooled and the heated steering wheel. I love the Ford Pass so I can start it anywhere.

They treat you more like family, I want to say thank you too Brandon Vigil, Jesse Ortega and Dan Peeples. You 3 man helped me out above and beyond to get the car that was more suitable, affordable and safe for my family. Which I?m in love with more than my first pick. I had initially went in hoping to get a Mercedes-Benz from a different location Dan work very fast to get me the car but just to find out it had problems. Dan would not let me drive off the lot with this car due to it having a check engine light. He had it serviced and found complications with the car. I was disappointed that I had to go back to square one of trying to find another car and Jesse successfully succeeded with that. I had sent him numerous pictures of car I was looking at and he first showed me my Kia. I test drove it and I knew it was the car I wanted so I got my Kia sportage which was a way better choice for me. Jesse also service my car put a new battery in with no hesitation to make sure I had no problems. A+ satisfactory with customer service. Brandon never gave up and helped me with a affordable car and made sure I got the warranty i needed. These 3 men helped me out like how they would have wanted others to help there wife and children, so they help me get into a affordable safe car. I am beyond grateful to have worked with these 3 men. 2018 Ford Expedition Max review
We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

I never tried the thrid row seat. it is broken .instead of ford using metal.scews they have plastic ones and they are not covered by warranty 800. dollar repair

CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.
2024 Ford Expedition Max review
Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.
