2024 Ford Expedition Max review
Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

Mid-State Ford review
I haven't visited the facility yet, so commenting on the physical dealership or service facility isn't yet possible. This dealership, so far, has gone the extra mile in assisting my son, who is currently deployed to Afghanistan and due to return at the end of Aug, with purchasing and holding a car for him. I called at least 8-10 other dealerships who had cars that my son was interested in, and none of them were willing to hold a car, even with a deposit until he returns. This dealership has gone that extra mile to help in this unique situation, and their willingness to do that has helped tremendously. The salesman I have dealt with is named Joe, and his assistance has been incredible so far. My son and I look forward to meeting him, and picking up my son's car early next month.

Highly recommend Bryan Perkins, he went above and beyond to get the SUV I wanted. I had to go back to the dealership today because onstar wasn?t working. We I arrived he came out of his office and let the manager know I was there. He had a new customer in his office and ask if he could step out for a minute to talk to me. Not all salesman do that after they get the sale lol Mason Meade (the manager) went the extra mile for us, I have to take my SUV to Hazard and drop it off to replace the onstar system. He is giving me a courtesy car until I get my SUV back. I?ve never been treated like this by any dealership and I?ve owned several vehicles.. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle, go to Tim Short Honda, Ivel, Ky. Ask for Bryan Perkins and he will find your dream car/truck/suv they are the Beat around!!
