Overall great experience. Natchez Ford has both a fantastic internet sales team and floor sales team. Most of my purchase was conducted via text. I was even able to send pictures of the vehicle I was trading in. It made the overall buying process easy. Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.
