Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

The names from used cars: Dax, Ronald, and Mr. Lee! I don't have perfect credit, alot of money, or time but they made the experience great. Dax and Ronald got me a great car and Mr. Lee got my down payment and monthly payment lower than what I expected. They have patience and treat you like you're a plus customer. My 4th car from there. Always get treated like royalty. Remember I'm not wealthy. Best used sales team ever!!

He kept us informed during the whole process and even more important followed up diligently during the delivery and when we took possession of the vehicle. Of course he then followed up yet again. Traded an F-350 Tremor. While the truck could not be beat we needed a softer ride as our needs changed. The ride is outstanding and the handling is superb. The interior space is such a welcome asset. Thanks to Ford for a great product.

Ozzie and Belinda took great care of us. 1. We had to trade in a car that was costing too much to repair. I put the information into the Echo Park system and Belinda called to ask further questions. It was that outreach that had us going to Echo Park instead of CarMax. 2. Ozzie was the salesperson who happened to be free when we walked in. He listened to what we wanted to do and made a couple of good suggestions. Then one test drive and we were ready to buy. The dealership honored the trade-in value and even added $250 to it, and altogether that helped pay for the warranty that we purchased.

Ozzie was great to work with and made my car buying experience pleasant and easy. He's very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely do business with him and EchoPark in the future.

'm very pleased with Ryan Ford and the customer service they showed after my puchase. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from them. I live in Lubbock so they transported the vehicle to me and only charged $300 to do so. I know it had to cost more than then in diesel alone. Once I got the Jeep and drove it about 50 miles, I noticed an oil leak which I discovered was from a leading rear main seal. Not a big deal and the part is pretty inexpensive but the labor to repair it can be costly. I took the Jeep to a reputable and dependable auto shop in Lubbock and they repaired the leak, but Curtis, my salesperson, made everything right on their end. The dealership reimbursed me for the replacing the rear main. They made it right, which is rare in this day and age. I appreciate Curtis and the ownership for their quick and fair response. I would recommend them to anyone.
