This was definitely the best car purchase experience I have had, and I've had several--all good--car purchasing experiences in my life. Everything was smooth, transparent, and the asking price was already a great price, especially compared to the dealers in my area. I really can't say enough good, either about Ivas, or the various individuals I worked with at Dean Sellers throughout the purchase. Everyone was top notch. And there was no pressure at any point in the process. I highly recommend Ivas Jarbou as a sales professional, as well as Dean Sellers Ford, in Troy Michigan.

Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

Traded an F-350 Tremor. While the truck could not be beat we needed a softer ride as our needs changed. The ride is outstanding and the handling is superb. The interior space is such a welcome asset. Thanks to Ford for a great product.

I find them competent, professional, friendly and understanding. All I could want from my auto dealer and service agent.

Overall- great ride, good power, good MPG, plenty of room. Nicely featured. So far no complaints- 66,000 miles Great for trips - lots of storage space.

I interacted with many dealerships big and small to choose my new vehicle. I LOVE how easy it is to talk with this dealership. When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! This vehicle has everything. It even has seats in the front driver and passenger that will massage you as you cruise around.Safety features are top notch. Rides smooth. Looks great, price was great, we love it!

My lease was up on my LIncoln Corsair. I met with a dealing rep. and all went very smooth. I also had my car serviced (oil change, tire rotation, etc). I waited a little over two hours for my car. My car was misplaced some how and there was a mix up on who was servicing it. Well, it was found and everything was completed on the car. I was not charged for the service. Everyone was apologetic. I do like this dealership and would not go anywhere else. This was something that was not usual and I'm sure i'll have better service next time.
