I have been visiting Universal Hyundai for many years with different Hyundai vehicles and have had a handful of service advisors that I have dealt with. I can't say enough about Rhoda Allen and how good she has treated me and my vehicle in the last few years. We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

Walked in after seeing a nautilus online. From inception they were up front and honest. I looked at a few models aside from the one I went to see and test drove them. I never felt pressured and they truly wanted to help me make the right choice. I purchased the car I saw online and the process was great. No hidden fees or pressure for warranties or other add ones. Drove the car home the next day and they had done a few small things they had promised. Car has been great.

The Expedition exceed my expectations on a full size SUV. My family really enjoy the space. They can't wait to go on a road trip.

Joel was excellent at presenting information about the broncho. I was very happy with how quickly I got in and out. My only complaint is after spending $70,000 on a truck they could at least offer to detail it! I had to remove the sticker from the window which is not much but was a pain!!!
