I usually hate buying cars from dealerships and avoid it at all costs?this week of shopping from dealer to dealer reminded me exactly why? right up until I met Antwane at Yeomans. I was literally getting into my car to leave when he stepped in and helped me untangle what had been a week-long disaster. (One dealership even sold me a truck?then sold it to someone else the day I showed up to pick it up?and tried to push me into a different one I didn?t want. On top of that: poor communication, unprofessionalism, and a total lack of respect for my time.) From the moment Antwane got involved, everything turned around. The rest of the team?from the sales managers to the finance department and the post-sale experience manager?made the process seamless and genuinely pleasant. Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

I called the dealer regarding a Tahoe that I had identified at around 9:30 a.m. I was given the information I needed, drove to the dealership that afternoon. About two hours later I was driving off in the Tahoe I had chosen after trading my vehicle for the amount I had thought was fair. Everything about the process was top notch. Had a difficult experience at the get go, but overall the experience with Mikee and Gianni turned out to be ok. There some internal issues that still need to be addressed, but the General Manager will have to fix those. Love the Kia and all the outstanding technology on the vehicle.
