Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.

I bought my explorer a few months ago and I love it. I've taken it on a few road trips. Nice smooth, comfortable ride. My dogs love it too. Plenty of space for everything we need while traveling. I highly recommend.

My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!

On my third explorer. Tried switching to a Durango and went back after 3 months lol. Great, reliable car! Super comfy! At 47k miles so far never had any issues (so far) except my hood started to rust but ford has a 5 year paint warranty so just had a new one put on a month ago and it’s perfect now

Everyone we came in contact with were great and went out of their way to be nice. Very accommodating to me and my friend who is very Indecisive. Great bunch of guys and will highly reccomendations!

I absolutely love this car! It is sporty, roomy and easy to drive. Besides those qualities, it comfortably accomodates my 6'6" husband! YAY! This is by far my favorite car ever!

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

They had exactly what I was looking for and the sales person was the most knowledgeable person we talked to after a day of car shopping. He knew the answer to all our questions and was very considerate and respectful. We arrived when another customer was already there. He came and let us know that he was going to finish with the other customers and then he would be right with us. When the other customers took a little while he came back to check on us and offered us water. He was considerate of the customer who he had been working with as well as us. That means a lot in business! He showed us all the cars we wanted to see and let us drive the one I picked. He was very clear and upfront about what had already been taken care of and what was as is. Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. The salesman, Joe Rodriguez, was very helpful and informative. I had no problem with communication. Everything was handled very Well. Everybody there was very professional. financing was excellent And I would definitely recommend this dealership. to anybody that was looking for a vehicle. Keep up the good work

Marissa went above and beyond. She had the keys ready, vehicle history printed out, and walked the truck with me. She knows her stuff. She set the bar in customer compared to the other dealerships. I'll will look first to work with her and Five Star from here on out.

We enjoyed the positive, relaxed atmosphere at this dealership. Friendly people but not pushy. Lots of cars on a small space. All cars have doors unlocked, with keys inside, so you can enter and see for yourself - without being attacked with nonsense by some annoying sales person. In result, we made a fast purchase, after a quick negotiation with Ricky and Angel. Paperwork was done quickly and professionally, and my daughter left with her new car.
