I don’t write many reviews but I felt one employee deserved to be recognized. Celenne M, the Title Clerk. After leasing a car from another Gettel location more than two months ago, she inherited my problems. The title, tags and registration had to be transferred from another state. Additionally, I had numerous changes in paperwork to do and temporary tags to change out. It has been a frustrating situation. And took a lot of work. Took our 2021 Mustang in for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was completed neatly and with Minimal wait time. The Rep kept me informed while I waited and had a nice hot breakfast in their Mustang Lounge.
