Everything was smooth, transparent, and the asking price was already a great price, especially compared to the dealers in my area. I really can't say enough good, either about Ivas, or the various individuals I worked with at Dean Sellers throughout the purchase. Everyone was top notch. I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

I was happy with with the service overall. Tim returned my calls when I left a message. They replaced power steering pump, valve cover, and left front caliper. The only thing I was not happy with was I told them the car was pulling to the left. I was told it was because of the caliper. I asked them to check the front alignment. They did not and the car is still pulling to the left.
