Used 2022 Ford Explorer for sale near Marple, PA

I would like to take the time to recognize the sales manager "Danny" who turned a very unpleasant sales situation from one sales rep. to going above and beyond to make sure I was treated with respect and like a valued customer when the final purchase was all said and done. Not only did he apologize & remedy what was wrong, he followed up with new policy & procedures so that this doesn't happen again in the future. He made and kept his promises of having my new car sparkling with a big red bow when I came to pick it up after the previous sales rep, dropped the ball on the whole customer experience. He remained in contact to make sure all things associated with getting my car ready were implemented, which was truly appreciated. I was looking for a used Altima and found one online but it was in Woodbury. I asked Mount Holly Nissan if they could help with the purchase of this vehicle since I can't really be out of the house with the whole Covid thing due to my health. They understood my needs and brought the car closer to me so we could get the transaction done. When I test drove the car and it had a smell they assured me that it would be taken care of and would be cleaned and look brand new again. im not new to buying cars. ive owned hundreds and currently own 6 cars , 6 trucks and 3 motercycles. i however am new to the excellent service I received. Ill never buy a car from anywhere else. Bergeys team were the most knowledgeable and and easy to deal with ever. Then theres the deal part. no other place could even come close to what they came up with for me. if I had to describe everything in brief , " like a well oiled machine" When It came time to show me how everything works 3 of the Bergeys team came out. and all my questions was answered. We had service on our 2020 Escape, rear transaxle repair / replacement. The 2020 Escape has only about 37000 miles on it and was five months out of the power train warranty. Brandon Yon in the service department contacted Ford Customer Relations for us and Ford agreed to pay $800 towards the repair

After car shopping for 3 weeks and making no progress we were getting exhausted. We dealt with pushy, high-pressure salesmen, salesmen that knew less than me about their cars, and salesmen who didn't seem to have enough energy to get out of their own way. Then we decided to head toward Philly and stopped by Fred Beans on a whim. They had the perfect car, but that's just luck. The salesman we had was outstanding from the moment we sat down and made sure everything was perfect for us. We had a lot of fun talking and joking, but when it came time to do business everyone was eager to work with us to make sure the deal fit our budget and needs. We ended up driving home a CPO car and couldn't be happier. Everyone as Fred Beans was miles ahead of the dozen other dealerships we visited and we'll be happy to drive out of our way to buy from them again.
