I had a fantastic experience buying a used TDI from this dealership. Karen, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and customer centric. She even came back into the dealership to close the deal later that same night. This dealership also was the only that I found that replaced items such as brakes, battery, wipers and tires knowing that these TDIs sat for several months in a lot during the manufacturer buyback. I highly recommend buying from them. It too no more than 15 mins when I returned to ink the deal. Fantastic!

My experience with Land Rover Jaguar Richfield was excellent. Janna was incredibly responsive and proactive from my very first virtual interaction. When I first inquired on a previously owned Range Rover via Cars.com, it turned out to not be quite the package I wanted. (My mistake; I hadn’t noticed the rose gold accents. No thank you.) Still, Janna heard exactly what I was looking for and offered to keep an eye out. A week later -- voila! -- she informs me of a "unicorn" that had just come in. It was perfect: very low miles, white exterior and beige interior AND a great price. I said, “Let’s do the deal!” She pulled out all the stops to get it detailed and all ready to pick up by the next day. Service person came to check our Silverado not starting. Problem was the floor mat was against the excelerator and vehicle wouldn?t start. Able to solve problem on site. We really appreciate the fast and efficient service.

Better fit- I also had my sis mechanic read the car fax & the want the car to get fixed there—- more than I.can $

I contacted the dealership they did ‘still’ had the Maverick. The salesman (Dylan) was very attentive we arranged for a test drive, the staff were all very nice, I did purchase the truck and have arranged for a second one in the next week or two, Thanks Guys!

I just purchased a new 2025 Ford F350 at Inver Grove Ford and from the moment I saw the truck, until 1000 miles later, the experience with this dealer has been great. My salesman Brianwas very halpful and patient as I made my decision. Service, parts department and the shop that applied the spray in bedliner all have done a great job. I am very pleased with Inver Grove Ford and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Over all my experience is great with Buffalo ford service. My only complaint this time was- I specifically told them what was wrong I had already had it diagnosed - they brought it in, said it wasn’t that- but another part.. kept the car for a week to only call me and say it was not that… but you guessed it… the part I TOLD them it was originally. And of course that one wasn’t in and had to be ordered. I finally got my vehicle back at 10 days. But like I said- over all they’re great. I got a loaner- no questions asked. They were very good with communication- and Mickey in service was stellar at his job. They even were kind enough to put gas in my car when I called and asked because I dropped it off at E and with subzero temps moving in I didn’t want it sitting outside on E. I’ll continue using ford service. 5 stars over all- ❄️

Jim Jessen was the best car salesman we have ever met. All the staff were wonderful. Jim went above and beyond to help us choose a used Ranger for our granddaughter. He set up our granddaughter’s phone, made sure her automatic lights were on as we were leaving after dark etc. I can’t say enough about his care and customer service. When the check engine light came on late that night, it only took a phone call to Jim to have us come in the next day. After 2 1/2 hours of them checking it over, they found the sensor was faulty. A part is ordered and will be installed when it arrives. All at no cost to us. For the inconvenience, they buffed the car getting any small scratches etc out. The 2019 Ranger was one owner Blue Certified with 72000 miles. We are having it undercoated, they got us in Wednesday and offered a rental car to drive while this was being done. Just have to return with full tank of gas. No high pressure anywhere. So happy we went there. Go to Inver Grove Ford for the best service. Make sure and ask for Jim “JJJ” Jessen!!!!
