I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

In One Word "Wonderful"! From "Sir John Jones", who walked me through the process, to the service writer I engaged in a conversation about the truck I purchased, it was a pleasure. Even the finance meeting with AAA Charles was painless. Just Felt like good folks helping an old man through it. Personal attention to the vehicle Technology side of things, showing me how to operate all the Stuff, helped and they delivered the truck to Houston! Way to go, great Team. I buy and sell vehicles, every couple years, and will surely return to Buda!

I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

He and management agreed to take my deposit, pending my arrival in Texas from California later in the month! I'm looking forward to getting there and completing the purchase! We bought a 2025 Rav4 for my wife, a car she had saved up for over a number of years. It is our cross country vehicle for our retirement road trips. Everyone was helpful, with a special shout out to Damian Denova. While the dealership did everything right, Damian is the reason we purchased what we did, where we did. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. He stayed in touch, let me know when a car came in he thought would interest us, without a hint of pushiness. Damian has the heart of a servant, and the gentle persistence it takes to succeed in Sales. As I told him in person, I was buying from him as a professional courtesy. Well done!

Representatives were helpful and cordial but the process which was pretty much completed by the time I went to pick up the vehicle took two additional hours. That is not acceptable!

Lafayette, who was my service advisor, was very awesome and patient with me. Answered all my questions, and even helped me with Sunbit application that was causing a problem for me. He went above and beyond from start to finish. Also the technician had a problem downloading my cars diagnostic review, received the wrong one, unfortunately, so I reached out to Lafayette after hours and he looked into the issue right away to make sure the proper repairs were actually done to my car. He explained what happened which put me at ease. Thank you Lafayette for going the extra mile.

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. Reva handled my purchase for my first luxury brand vehicle and is absolutely amazing. We just bought my son's first car, and Gulsah in the used car department was amazing. She was very patient, transparent and honest with us throughout the entire process. She ever pulled some additional information for a similar car we were considering at another dealer. Her sales manager was straight forward and not pushy as well. I've had some bad experiences with their service department in the past, but our most recent interaction with Gulsah and the used department couldn't have been better.
