It was a price we couldn't pass in addition to the great warranty VW is offering on the new vehicles, it was a no brainer. The sale process was really smooth with no problems. We have only had our vehicle for a short time but it meets and exceeds our expectation. We purchased the limited model due to the reduced noise inside of the vehicle

My only complaint was on the website it showed a rav4 hybrid I was interested in to have heated seats and steering wheel. I drive 2 hrs too the dealership and the vehicle did not have these options in it. They did take 500 bucks off the price for my troubles though

I was quite pleasantly surprised to have such a good experience at Subaru of Kings Automall. Just days before at a different dealer, I was treated to the classic bait-and-switch when I showed up to test drive an advertised car (after calling to verify it was there first). At Subaru of Kings Auto Mall, the car was ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Peter in sales was friendly and helpful. Price was as advertised. They offered a fair value for my trade. They offered add-on services as an option, not the common hard sell. The whole process was smooth and fast; they seemed actively invested in not wasting my time, a real breath of fresh air after many contrasting experiences at other dealerships. I can see why they have such high ratings, and can certainly recommend based on my experience.

I was having trouble syncing my iPhone to the Apple car play on my Titan. Went to Nissan service there and Matt and Scott were absolutely outstanding. Although not being too familiar with that system, Matt patiently worked and worked the problem and found the solution. Matt and Scott know how to treat a customer right! Working with Kerry Ford was great. Everyone greeted me with a smile and were eager to help. It being my first time , I worked with Billy. He was very helpful, located the car I was interested, and pulled it up promptly. They let me take it on an extended drive so i could let the family get a good look at the car. The car was clean, had a full tank and ran exceptionally. After agreeing on a price, i proceeded to process the purchase. Billy offered to drive my new car and follow me home. The purchase went great and i didn?t need a second driver because Billy was so helpful.

This vehicle was purchased online. I live several hours away. Best buying experience I've ever had. Purchased many new vehicles including several Cadillacs but never had this experience. When ready to purchase again will have a look at this dealership for sure.
